, a cardiovascular dizko dancing course lead by well-known Betty Grumble!

***Grumble Boogie is about the center push and thanking your body. Feel free to enter your loudest 80s activewear and go all-out; blend a drink and bop around in a non-committal fashion; or attend front side of laptop computer and watch someone ELSE manage to get thier heart-rate upwards! you are the employer!***

We’ll notice readings from your brand new issue, a target from editor-in-chief
